At least the seller is only using the pic as an example of the bumper and isn't actually portraying the car as being auctioned. I have several friends whose motorcycles have been on eBay for sale by other people as a scam.
Same here. I have had my bikes pics up twice as if they were selling my bike.

i can't even count on my hands and toes the amount of times i saw my old car up for sale, or parts of it for sale on ebay. there is really nothing you can do, it sucks. i emailed ebay about 10 times on seperate auctions telling them that my car was being advertised for sale, and the seller wasn't the rightful owner.. sometimes the auctions came down, other times they ended.
that's the nature of ebay.
not to mention my current car is in the creative autoworks banner at the top of this forum. i could really care less, but i would at least like someone to offer me discounted parts or something?

Yes, that's my car without permission. But it's eBay and there isn't anything you can do. Now on another note, I have had pics of my car in such magazines as importtuner and hci in advertisements w/o my permission and have called and complained and gotten free stuff...so. it all works out.
