Thanks everyone. Yes, I am a Chef and have ran, cook at and owned some fine gourmet restaurants in Florida (Miami, Orlando, and the Tampa area). For the last 2 years I have been a Lead Chef Instructor at the Le Cordon Bleu/Orlando Culinary Academy. I look forward to meeting many of you at these events.
