lol, why would i just randomly make a post to change the time to be at 7:30 for an 8am meet unless u made a post saying you wouldnt be ready by 6:30 to meet us. I dont know what or how u did it but the post i responded to is gone

BTW, that "we" may not include Ian and I as we may actually leave earlier and try to get everything set up. Still have to talk to Ian about that...

there was a post between #16 and #17 from you. which is what my #17 was responding to. Doesnt matter...pick a time that you and Ian will be leaving and we'll meet at Waterford.

 

Let me put the dots really close together for you...

1. Ian and I (and you too if you want) should be at the park before 8am, say 7:30am.
2. Everyone else can show up by 8am or a little later. When the meet starts.
3. When we get to the park early we need to speak to the people at the gate, drop off the blank check (with only one signature ), explain how we'll handle paying for the parking, go inside and get our pavilion, set up the raffle boxes and check in area, rope off parking for our group, set up the banner, lay out the t-shirts for people to buy, start detailing our cars, etc...

I don't want people to beat us there and end up paying for parking then expect for us to refund them.

 

Again, I don't plan on meeting up at Waterford Lakes with everyone else.
