LOL. Todd and Ian will be up and working that morning before you girls meet up. We will be buying fresh bread from the bakery, getting ice, loading up the Sequoia with coolers, drinks, banner, etc... you know, the director stuff... (well maybe you don't know, but trust me, there's work to be done even on Saturday morning. )

Just drive around the corner. The whole gated community thing makes it a little tough, plus the shopping center is easier to find IMO.

Plus, it's a tradition.

How long is it going to take to drive from Target to the Springs? I was planning on leaving early, but not that early.

Ian and I are tentative right now. We wanted to p/u ice, head back to the house and load the coolers with ice and hamburgers/hotdogs and then load everything into the Sequoia for Debbie's trip out later on that morning.

It's looking like Wes is going to have to get a blank club check and a few other things from Ian incase you all beat us to the meet.

Wes, can you give a blank check to the lady at the gate? Explain to her that anyone with a club membership card (regardless of the car they drive) gets put on our tab. Also, every G35 gets in free, membership card or not.

The trip will probably take about an hour.

I was kind of hoping that you guys would all meet up at 7:30-ish and head out then. This way Ian and I (and maybe even Wes too) would have time to get everything together and loaded up, beat everyone to the park, get set up, etc...

Wes got all "early bird" on us.

Also, can we get a couple of club members to bring coolers packed with ice? We'll need stuff to keep the drinks cold. I have 2 big coolers that will hold the hamburgers and hotdogs but the drinks will be hot w/o ice...

TIA
