Also I need to know if we can use the G35 banner that night. I want to see if I can go to the Ale House early and reserve 20 parking spaces for everyone so that all the cars can be parked together. I will see if I can find a couple of orange cones and put a rope on the section where we are going to park. Thanks
im sure that can be arranged.
im not quite sure who has it though.
either todd or ian

We need to buy about 60 of these so that the club has them for our events. Distribute 20 to each region. The small ones are really cheap. I'll stop by Pep-Boys today and see how much they are.

I'm done using my Zaino bottles to hold parking spaces.

Matt just took care of the list.

Todd or Ian has the banner, I'll track it down. As for the parking, it might be difficult. The Chili's we sometimes goto has a huge empty lot behind it but ohh well we'll figure something out.

Tony, let me know if/when you find them. Ian and I could go buy them.

I was thinking that if one of us can talk to the manager, we might be able to close out a section of the lot and dedicate it to the G35 group and that way we can all park togater. i dont think the manager will say no because they will make good money from the business we give them. This is just a sugestion

The parking situation at The Ale House is horrible. Our group will easily take up half of the lot

Sounds like you guys are going to have a great meet on the 6th.

Don't forget to take some pictures!!!

It gets dark pretty early, so take a few shots when you first get there!

Whenever we had a waterford lakes meet in the past, we would gather and park in front of best buy lot and walk to our restaurant of choice. Why can't we do that? I doubt we would be able to reserve twenty spots in front of Ale House...I'll call and check...

True but even in front of BestBuy/OfficeMax is gonna be pretty busy....we'll do our best and since the area will be no one's specific parking we should not get in trouble for coning off spots.

As for Alehouse giving us a section. Im not sure that they will be at the very least we need to get reservations for our party of ~30

The plastic 1 ft tall orange cones are $2 each at Pep Boys. However, they don't have large numbers in stock. You will probably have to order them if you want more than two.

Just because I was out, I looked at the good 18"-36" poly ones at Lowes. They are $6-12 each.

Regardless of price, it is probably better to go with the cheap ones the way we will go through them.

(We could always do flares. )
