Well, in 04, I had my headlights stolen.. so I got a monster alarm put on. Over the weekend at a hotel, it turns out someone tried to steal my headlight but thankfully my alarm stopped them..but it looks like they broke one of the clips underneath. The worst part is I now have a 2-3 inch GASH under the headlight on my freshly installed $1200 dollar Aero Bumper. Sigh

 

THat suckss man....park away from other cars, and park where you know cameras are located. We here dont have any problems in GTA. Most people are nice and respect your property.

Cant you ask ur insurance company if they could do something?

 

not worth it.. the bumper is intact and the headlight is as well... so I can't really complain too much, but its just not aethestically pleasing.

It's not the end of the world, and while the gash is VERY evident, i have to look at it this way:Much better a 2-3 inch gash then dishing out $500 in a deductible, right?

 

Sorry to hear about that. It's something to think about when parking someplace.

Also, if you made a claim when they were stolen before, another claim within a short time will at least increase your premiums and could get you cancelled.

 

Actually..State Farm didn't raise my rates when it happend.. nor will they..because they consider it to be a vandalism, not an accident.. plus the real issue is ALOT of people have it happening down here.. .Sigh damn riceboys.
