Hey guys..

I could do it faster than I could tell you...
1. remove tire (loosen lugs, raise car, remove lugs, etc...)
2. remove hinge pin from the back of the caliper (this goes through the stainless steel rod that holds the pads in place.
3. slide the pin out.
4. repeat steps 2 & 3 for the other hinge pin and pin
5. wiggle both pads 1/2 way out.
6. use the pads to spread open the pistons
7. remove pads
8. insert new pads and break quiet goop
9. reinstall pins and hinge pins
10. reinstall tire
Repeat for the other 3 wheels.
I didn't reuse the backing plates on the rears... maybe you'd want to use 'em, maybe not...
