how can a body shop not be able to paint Poly Urethane

1st class coachworks in Pompano will paint your bumper better than factory... and you know I'm the pickiest person when it comes to paint jobs. But prepare to wait a little for an appointment with them...

Your OEM bumper is urethane. They just don't want to do it.

thanks, just called them. they said to come in on sat so he can look at it. but he said the earliest would be sept

i also called auto salon and the ealiest they said was july. too many hurricane damages. think thats why the shop i'm at doesnt want to do it.

That's nothing, my friend (may he RIP) had to wait from Sept or Oct till the end of March... but you can inspect their work inch by inch and it's just wow. It would be worth the wait if that was me... I see shotty paint jobs and bad prep work all the time at meets. You can also call Countach down in the Gables (body shop of The Collection), but the wait would be at least a month or two there too. If you go there, speak to Lance don't let anyone else touch your car

Hey Jose, if you are willing to travel to Boynton Bch then i can reffer you to the body shop were i usually take my cars to. Been doing bussiness with this guys for over 4 years there one of the best in town. And i can promise you they won't take a month.

When you get your bumper done, I'll tell you if they're one of the best... which reminds me of... which bumper are you going to go with?

just got my tracking number and it was sent out yesterday. I just hope I get it before the weekend so i can fit it.

Got mine of Tuesday via DHL. Overall I was very impressed with the quality. I asked Kenneth what type of Urethane he used but I havn't heard back from him. It is much softer than the OEM and I have concerns of sagging but I suspect they are unfounded.
