Thanks for the congrats guys, yes those are Zenetti 5s (already on it, still up in the air about keeping them) and I cant believe I forgot to change the sig!

Whew! Now - what are the best springs for a slight drop and a stiffer ride? I actually liked my 04 a bit better (especially at high speeds) and want to tighten this one up without having to replace everything. Z springs? Teins?

Get the H-techs for the Z, Stuart.. It's not worth going through the hassle of installing these and aligning the car for the .25" drop they give you (or thereabouts). Plus you have an 05 so your car is already lower from the factory...

get either 350z h-techs or 350z RS-R springs. the RS-R is more of an aggressive drop. but both are linear springs. all other G35 front springs are usually progressive <- not a good thing

Why don't you try IAPdirect.com, they are a club sponsor and usually have the best prices (plus I'm not sure if a club discount applies?). Or just ask Dan (SFLG35), he can find them for you.

Did you call this a more aggressive drop, there's still a 2 finger gap in the back

The coupe above looks good, but I've never been a fan of dropping too much. Anyone know off hand how much the diff is between the two?

The difference is mostly up front. The rear still looks pretty jacked up to me..

Hey Finiti, I only saw the Tein S on IAPDirect, not Tein H. I'm new to the whole springs thing, whats the diff?

** just found a couple good threads, decided to use the elusive search button **

The Tein S for the G are lower than the Tein H for the Z, but I'm not a fan of their spring rates. There is no reason for a spring to have lower spring rates than stock, even if it's for ride comfort purposes (a good damper should take care of that). Why don't you call IAPdirect, I wouldn't trust what's listed on their website
