yea.
yea.
A local guy that i hate with a m3 is getting a supercharger slapped on it and ...i just cant see him being the boss of New York
SO what setup should i get if i wanna push well into the 400rwhp? Vortech Supercharger or JWT twin turbo..APS twin turbo...Stillen Stage 3?

A M3 with a SC will more than likely be well over 400whp . I think they are 330hp stock .
Forget the Stillen in any stage
Be prepared to spend 10 to 15 grand to build a car to beat it

M3's dyno about 280 rwhp, so an additional 100 rwhp will put them at 390 rwhp with a supercharger. They have 11.5.1 compression, so the basic SC only yields 440 at the crank with 5.5 psi or 365 at the wheels and it costs almost 12k to put in. Level II supercharger only yields 499 hp at the crank ot 386 rwhp with 7.5 psi. They can't come close to the torque on the VQ with a Stillen or Vortech. The Level II only makes 285 ft/lbs at the wheels. I'm making 310 ft/lbs at 4700 rpm with a basic 8psi pulley and tune. You can try a conservative ST or TT setup on the stock block. This should get you close to the power of the Level II and turbos deliver power much differently than a SC.

true..but ive seen m3s pull like crazy they throw a active autowerke supercharger on it and a carbon fiber front bumper..rear bumper..hood truck and roof on it and they take off alot of weight...they are beast i need atleast 500rwhp to contend im thinking APS twin turbo
With 500 rwhp you'll more than contend. Like I said, TT delivers power alot differently than SC. I raced a stock E46 M3 this past weekend and it wasn't pretty. This was from a dig and I had a passenger and he was alone. Haven't been to the track yet, but I'm estimating 1/4 mile in 12.8-12.9 at 109 to 110 mph. I just have the 8 psi pulley with tune.
Just punch him in the face.
JWT or APS kit with built motor will blow him out of the water. If you are in NY, then Vinny Ten Racing is installing the JWT TT kits out there. Or look for an authorized APS dealer. But do go built motor, you can push more whp safer and it will feel a lot better to blow him away then to barely beat him.
