nice, so i note that most of your mods are pretty simple installs aside form the emanage, id have giles do that. its nice to do the work yourself and save on labor.

You for sure will gain some flow . But dont know how much psi will be lost . I wouldnt worry about the psi . The extra flow will gain you some whp

Ok, Booger... Since you are talking loosing a bit w/ Cats, what about Crawford Headers w/ the Vortech? I am goin FI real soon and have a Vortech on order... I have so far...

HKS exhaust, Crawford Plenum, K&N Typhoon CAI (bye bye), Lightweight pulley (took off),

I don't have alot of engine mods as you can see, the rest of my mods are in sig...

I most likely will stay w/ a low boost set up (yeah right) because this is my daily driver. I might go with the 3.12 pulley and that is about it.

Any mod to open up the exhaust will gain you power . And it will cause the boost to be a little lower . A win win deal if you ask me

I am deciding between Crawford or Kinitex HF Cats... I am sticking w/ stock heads for now... PITA to switch out... 3.12 pulley. I am still deciding on changing out injectors and fuel pump or not... I will probably get her tuned w/ the stock set up and see how she reacts before I up them.

I know you asked booger but... I think the walbro would be more needed if you plan to go w/ a smaller pulley and larger injectors. I plan on keeping the stock Vortech set up w/ the 3.12 pulley unless I see it lean out too much.

You will be able to run the smallest 2.87 pulley with the stock kit fuel system . Several guys are doing it . How safe is it ? I dont know

It all depends what plans you have . If you want to take the SC to as high of HP you can with it....yes it probably would be a good idea to change out the fuel system . If your just going to go with the 3.12 pulley...IMPO I would stay with what came with the kit and save your self some money .

You guys have to consider there are vendors on these sites doing thier job....selling stuff . They are the life blood of our parts and knowledge to take our cars to the next level and beyond . So suggestions to add parts to make your car SAFER than it is....are suggestions....and not all are needed to be SAFE .
Vortech designed a kit that is safe , and adding the next smaller pulley isnt going to take the system to the brink of being safe .
