Stillen replace Upper/Lower Intake Manifold?

Does the Stillen kit replace the upper/lower intake manifolds?

So mods like MREV2, Plenum Spacer are worthless?

I assume you are talking about the Stillen supercharger.
Yes, it does replace the entire plenum.
