It all comes down to what you want out of it and how much $$ you have to spend.

Great place to start. A dozen people will give you a dozen different answers.

I also went with VRT FWIW.

After installing almost everything out there on built and non built motors, I would say Not all turbos kits are the same for NOT ALL TURBOS are the same.

I am particularly impressed with the kits that create the most torque at the lowest boost.

As well as the turbos that are ball-bearing oil and water cooled usually have the quickest spool-up. To some people this might not be important, yet for road-racing, drifting, and time attacks, this is very very important.

Just my $.07!

You throw an extra $0.05 in there, but you list no actual Brand of kits or actual info that helps.... nice one!

I know...Seven is my lucky number.

Note:
Just didn't want to seem biased...
Thought I would give you the specs and let you fill in the blanks.

From our experience using TN, Greddy, PE, JWT, Vortech, Stillen, SFR, I will say the turbos that will give you the most torque for boost level are the kits using Garretts.

the JWT turbo was actually engineered more than just a bunch of stuff put together as a kit.
