Question CO2 on a Heat Exchanger?

Has anyone ever ran a CO2 system on a heat exchanger for a water/air intercooler like the Stillen has? I was wondering if it would cool the water enough and stay cool as it ran up to the intercooler under the blower?

I have taken classes in heat transfer and thermodynamics but there is no way I am going to try and figure this one out. Just looking for opinions. Is it worth the $300-400 for the kit?

Study the Ford patent on using a small compressor or existing compressor [[bypass [electronic valves] the inside evap and substitute a chiller coil]] to chill a large quantity of water for intercooler use.
