I cant speak for the TN kit but when I had the Vortech the lag was crazy! I remember flooring the car in first and as I hit about 4k the wheels would break free and spin until redline. Now Im not loaded but that was crazy lag. With my APS kit If I punch it I spin right away until I shift again. Its spot on, like right now! Ive seen TN dyno's and they're not that bad. But if you buy the kit you might as well get ready for 1000.00 more for EM. Sure you can run the reflash but you also want piece of mind. So now your up to 6300.00 1000.00 less then the TT kit. In the FI world 1000.00 is NOTHING!
Ive said more then enough about this subjuct and Im sure some of you would wish I would stop So Ill be done with it. I think there are enough posts in this topic for the OP to decide whats best. Enjoy FI, its a TON of fun in this car!

I agree^^ But you should also consider $$ difference on the install.

this subject could go on for days....every kit has its pros and cons...

APS...great kit nice install only thing i dont like is the way the intercooler is set up...and the rubber hoses and intake tube coupling look cheap....

greddy....alot of piping on the hot side charge from the drivers side which doesnt flow to well...nice clean install almost looks stock....you have 2 choices of engine management also...emanage reg and ultimate...

jwt...awesome kits nice flow on all the piping....very expensive and i hear the install takes a while to get fit perfect....

vortech...honest opinion your wasting your time with a supercharger....

stillen...you already ruled it out and its way over priced and the hood is stupid....

turbonetics....nice kit on a g35...the intercooler is hidden which gives you that sneak up stealth factor...its laggy even with 6 cyl to a 60-1 dual ball bearing turbo....and you need better management also....

SFR....i like this kit alot they give you a choice of what kind of turbo you want to use for your application...not to comfy with the idea of a external oil can for the turbo returns but it works....its tubular and they drop the turbos down near the trans so you wont have alot of issues with heat which robs you of horsepower...it has external waste gates also which is pretty cool and they have a full exhaust and everything you need..its a little pricey but i think its worth it...

if it was me i would go jim wolf or sfr....im actually trying to go the custom route and use the jim wolf intercooler for the 350z with twin turbonetics turbos and full custom piping for intake charge and exhaust with external waste gates...and the utec for EM and hks ignition amplifier for improved spark...
