Will Vortech SC from 04 Coupe A/T Fit 03.5 6MT Sedan?

I might be purchasing a SC that's for a 04 5AT G35 Coupe. Will this fit my 2003.5 Sedan 6MT without any major modifications? I guess I can just call Vortech up too. I would appreciate some good feedback on this forum
