Newbie questions for Superchargers...

Hi...
I am really new into FI'ing a G35/350Z so i came across several questions..
I am interested on a Vortech or ATI procharger and I am wondering does the kit comes with every thing I needed or I still have to purchase other things like engine management system??
What's the difference between the one for NON-revup and revup and are the two interchangeable??
Can I fit a 350Z kit on to a G35Cpe w/o too much mod?
I am planning to run about 350whp on stock internal....

Thx a lot for your help

well first of fwhen yousee the vortech or ati for non rev up and for rev up it is refering to the engine that is in your car. 2003-04 5AT and 6 MT are non rev up motors...every 6MT that is produced from 2005-07 is a rev up motor, but the 5 AT are still no rev up. The difference in the 2 is that the rev up motor can redline at i believe 7200 and the non rev up redlines at 6700 RPM.

You can fit either 350z kit in a g35 you just have to do a couple fabrications here and there to get the kit to fit.

The kits come with everything needed. You might want to upgrade the engine management though...

Search around this has been discussed alot.

First of all thanks for your info...
I do know the difference between revup engine and non-revup engine...
I mean the difference of the kit itself...
What's the difference between the SC kit for Revup and non-revup?

The SS box that comes with the Vortech kit is more than sufficient. The ATI still requires a decent EMS, but there are many options. As far as supporting mods; with the Vortech, any NA mods like plenum, exhaust, headers will help make power. Too much power and you'll need wider tires, new clutch, etc. Of course a good tune will yield power too. If 350 rhwp is your goal, I don't see that being a problem with 8 psi and a tune.

The only difference in the two is the tunning program one is tuned for the rev up one is tuned for the non rev up.

actualy i thought the main difference is the way that the kit bolts onto the car?. . . . the non-revup have different brackets from the rev up.
