aluminum pedal kit

hi all,

just recieved my aluminum pedal kit for my 04 g35. I got the foot rest and brake pad on. How the heck do you install the gas pedal? And there are two exta peices that i do not know what they are 4. They are labeled "bushings".

Also i am a little annoyed that the E-brake needs to be glued on?

Anyone put all these on themselves that can provide me with detail instructions?Or know where i can find some.
