1. V3 supercharger ~$5k
2. Tuning - $750+
3. Installation ~$1.5-2k

That's like 7.5k and you haven't even gotten to the auxiliaries like exhaust components, intake components, forged internals, wider stance to help you put the power to the road, etc. Sure you can cut down labor cost if you know how to do stuff yourself but it still costs you TIME.

I love my G but id rather spend my money on a more reliable tuning problem like a C5 corvette. You can get one for 10-15k

See oldman350z. He's just one of many, but one of the og's. $10k will get you in the 10's.
It doesn't cost you time if it's something you enjoy. I've had my 2003 since the beginning and didn't mod squat until early last year when I decided to keep it rather than drop a **** load on something new. Glad I did. Everyone's different. My threads below if you're bored.

No doubt you will do better with the c5. Just depends on what you're trying to accomplish.

$1k for appropriate drag slicks or street slicks is the quickest way to.improve your 0-60, just saying.

Found NITTO NT555 G2 305/35ZR-19 for $275 each. Found Mickie's for even less.
Weight transfer will make a large impact as well. Less weight up front, transfer some weight to the back (battery), the right spring load, a smaller wheel and larger sidewall on the tire. I have awd so a different set of drawbacks for me. Best setup for the street with 0-60 goal in mind is gonna be a g35x - g37x with a shift kit put on a diet and just enough power to keep the stock block and transmission in tact. Bet one could get well under 4.0 seconds.
