It sits behind the A/C condensor so your intercooler will be fine.We modify the 350Z Koyo radiator to fit the G. Plus you get rid of the cheesy plastic retainers that hold the stock radiator in and replace them with some stainless hardware

The Koyo, with some tweaks will fit on the 6MT. Here is a picture of the stock radiator and a Koyo side by side, so that you can see the difference the thick three core radiator brings to the cooling equation.

If you are running FI, this is a highly desireable modification, as is the introduction of either an oil pan spacer, or a deeper oil pan itself to increase your oil capacity. If you only street the car, that is probably fine enough. IF you track it, you need to upgrade the oil cooler to a bigger unit like the Setrab.
