Hesitation on acceleration

Hi, I'm new to the site. I have a 2004 coupe with a Stillen Stage 2 supercharger. I'm experiencing a violent bucking and hesitation at speeds of 15 to 60 mph. Brought the car to the dealership ran all the tests took the guy for a ride and it actually bucked and hesitated for him so I didn't look like I was BSing him. Anyway they didn't come up with anything wrong with the car. They say It has to be the electronic FMU from Stillen. So I cut it out and sent it back to them to test. Has anyone else experienced this with their car? They checked the throttle body, fuel pump, filters.

I know you already answered the question, but I'm new to the site and I posted this in a different area before I had realized there was a tech area and they moved this post over here. Thanks anyway
