I actually cut out the center section when I had the Vortech as I was not getting enough airflow to the FMIC. I don't think I have pics but this was awhile ago.

Since then I went to the APS TT and noticed a few weeks ago that my water temp was hitting 101f when going up steep inclines and my F Con Navigator kept on beeping at me, so I decide to install a new front bumper. I just put it on a few days ago and I have seen a 5 degree drop which keeps it from ever reaching 100 degrees

Stock bumper sucks for Vorctech and APS.

that actually doesnt look too bad. how was the structure of the front bumper after you did that? still solid? i may buy another front bumper soon and hack at it. anymore pics of that?

The structure of the bumper remianed very well in solid condition. if you are close I do have another stock bumper sitting here

I've had this custom front fascia for a few years now:







It was cheaper, and to me, looks better then what the aftermarket offers. All you have to do is find a body guy who is good with urethane and it's not a big deal. Thats the APS FMIC - with a smaller IC you could get away with a smaller opening.
