Quick FYI on some new big PE injectors
Hey guys
I am not sure if you guys are aware, I learned of this myself just a few days ago, of the availability of bigger injectors from Power Enterprise.
Their lineup for the VQ has expanded in January 2007 to include some bigger models. Remember that all these injectors are rated at 2.5 bar (and I have personally confirmed this with the my current 510 model injectors, which are 550 at 3bar):
Before, only two models were available:
TH380 VQ35
TH510 VQ35
Now, they have these two additional models:
TH650NZ VQ
TH800NZ
So, 650cc and 800cc injectors rated at 2.5bar, so at only 3 bar (45 psi) they are 712cc and 876cc, respectively. At 4 bar they are 822cc and 1011cc, respectively.
the 650's appear to be the best choice for most people, I'd think.
All these are saturated type injectors, high impedance.
Here is why I wanted to tell you guys. PE has these injectors manufactured by Denso to allow for perfectly precise dual spray angle to inject directly at the back of the valves. These are not injectors sourced to only physically fir the intake runner mounting holes and the connectors, but are truly engineered for correct spraying.
This is the reason I picked the PE injectors for my built from the very beginning. I am currently running the 510cc at 4.5 bar (65psi) base rail pressure, with no apparent issues. But I do not want to be overspec'ing them, so I may upgrade to the 650NZ's to run them at 3 bat and be totally safe.
Anyway, just wanted to let you all know.

Yep the plug right in and come with the appropriate collars.
The most important thing, and I have said this already on the 350z thread, is that these are the ONLY injectors made for the intake runner/head geometry of the VQ35.
So IMHO it's a good choice.
