There is a lot of info out there about the Vortech, gains and options. You guys gotta search as well as check out the MY350Z forums. Far more Z's are modded this way than G's.
AS far as power - expect to get about 330 to the wheel, after a tune, on the stock version of the kit with a 333 pulley - you can add about 20HP by going to the 3.12 and another 20ish by going with the 2.87.
If you have intake and exhaust mods - you'll see more as well. The better the car breaths, the better the result.
I'd also suggest getting a trans cooler, if your AT, an oil pan spacer to get you another quart of oil in the car, and oil cooler, the MD 1/2" plenum spacer with MREV/MREV2, header back dual exhaust with metallic HFC's or resonated testpipes.
Other steps are heads, cams, injectors and fuel system and better EMU, like a UTEC, eManage Ultimate, HKS FCON IS.
