A little late to the party but when I first installed my wide and gauge I put it in the sunglasses holder... Brutal spot, you also lose the ability to see out your rear view mirror.

Got my Zeitronix ZT-2 + LCD installed finally. (I added a map sensor for boost several days after I took this picture) Also might add an oil pressure sensor to the mix later on, the reading for that would replace the Lambda reading on the top left.

Do you need to hook a wideband to the zetronix? or does it read the factory sensors?

I am getting too many gauges and I HATE the pillar pods I have 7 must have gauges and I would like to thin it out a little but I would also like a coolant temp gauge because i dont think the OEM one is right. With my big rad on the hiway the temps used to drop down to about 25% but now once the car warms up it wont move from 50% at all

It comes with all the sensors, you have to get them welded in , as for the water temp, if you have boost on another gauge or the Zeitronic then you can get Water temp, oil temp, oil pressure and volt all in one from Depo Racing (japanese stepping motors..) good quality too

LOL..I got the idea from your pictures and DIY thread. I PMed you about it before too.
What are you monitoring with the "USER P" input? Sorry I don't know normal oil pressure/temp either, hopefully someone can chime in with that information.

If my setup is accurate, normal driving for me averages 165-175 degrees. Spirited driving will get me in the 190-200 range. I think my sensor is at the oil cooler though. OEM temp gauge never goes above normal.

Ideally I would want to have my boost guage and AFR Gauges tied into a HUD system of some sort...

Combing this http://www.dashtronix.com/Gauge_Projector_LIU8.php
with this http://www.ebay.com/itm/OBD-2-II-HUD...sories&vxp=mtr

has anyone done such a thing?

I dont know about anyone else... but when I am wanting to look at my AFR and my boost.... its usually when I am at WOT.... and at that point the last place I want to be doing is looking down, to the side or up lol.

On the zeitronix, does EGT on the lower right side show up if an EGT sensor is not hooked up? or is it just blank?

Yeah it shows up like in the two pictures, as a solid 392. That's the only thing I don't like about the Zeitronix, I wish I could change the EGT to display something else like TPS or RPM. But I still get up to three inputs (boost, afr, and choice of multiple pressure/sensor) on one compact display so it was the best choice for me.

Oh yeah about the bracket lol!

I have no turbo yet... been waiting on my parts for 8 months and still not been sent...
so none of the gauge sensors are hooked up except for oil temp and pressure.

User P i will try and get boost to hook up to the Utec boost solenoid.. i wont know if its compatible until i try .

As for EGT, yeah as you can see from the above there is no sensor attached, but a figure still shows up

And Lance, you have too much $, dam you and all your custom CF !!!
