Everyone with a TUrbonetics kit come here please
I installed my kit, everything is running pretty strong now, at first i was not impressed, but i have a small question.
in the manual it said to connect the bov line to the wastegate, i did that, but it didnt say wether to make a seperate line from the air/vaccum(plenum) to the turbine(compresser) side or to tie them all together, so what i did was i tied all the lines into one big line and t'd them all off.
my question is, how is it on ur guy's set ups, any help would be appreciated. thanks.

that's not what the manual says to do.
You want to connect the pressure port on the scoll of the turbo to the lower port of the wastegate.
for the Raptor BOV, use the vacuum port on the front of the intake manifold plenum to hook up to the top port on the Raptor BOV.

no, connected the top port of the bov rather than the one below it is deff not the way turbonetics said would be alright.
so ur saying the way uve seen it isfrom the turbine to the wastgate(one line)
and from the vaccum plenum line, connect it to the bov (one line)?

by using the port on the turbo to connect to the lower port (closest to the piping), you will get a faster response on the wastegate and it'll work better.
then, for the BOV, you want to connect to the top port......this connections needs to see boost and vacuum.......the test port on the front of the plenum is the easiest place to get a boost/vacuum reference.

PM balla since he has a t'netics kit as well. Also hit up 98intrigue which you have a better chance in helping you out. Good Luck!

here's what the install instrustions say:
Cut approx. 2.5 feet of 5/32” vacuum hose (P/N 30542-BK), and route the hose from the upper intake plenum
(port shown in FIGURE 79) to the blow-off valve fitting. Cut approx. 2.5 feet of the same hose, and route it
from the fitting on the wastegate to the fitting on the compressor housing (installed in step# 60).

thnx alot for the info,
i juss took off the t fitting, and made one seperate line from the compressor to the wastegate,
now i guess ill take the air vaccum line and route it to the top part of the raptor bov (meaning hole furthest away from the pipe)?
what do i do with the bottom hole then?(closest to the pipe) leave it open?

ok so before i hooked it up the way u said, i could hear my wastegate really nice, and no bov.
since i hooked up the plenum to the bov, and the turbine compressor to the wastegate, i can hear the bov and not the wastegate.
im thinking about plugging the turbine compressor side line, and just making the bov and wastegate follow onto the same line all the way to the plenum, i think thats the right way.
