I tapped it in just after the mass air flow sensor. You don't need to weld, just get a tap and it screws in.

If you did want to have it welded, Kevin at UMS Tuning does awesome work. Just tell him that Tim sent you,

I used my washer fluid tank but might be adding a second tank in the trunk because the Greddy one is a lot smaller.
