Regardless of Tim's motivations for this thread, VRT and Miguel are SCUMBAGS who are getting exactly what they deserve.

Also because their are multiple lawsuits in the works against them and they would just be further incriminating themselves if they did.

Plus they are guilty as hell so what can they really say?

+1

I think theyre using the lawsuits as an excuse not to post. Cos they have no answers. there's just too many...here's a good recap

http://www.my350z.com/forum/showthread.php?t=283047

At this point theyre going underground so anybody suing them wont have a good chance at collectin if they win. I wish i could get ahold of my BAR report but theyre not for public. Only way is for attorny to supnoena it before trial. The BAR rep basically recomended a full refund.

well sorry to bring a thread back from the dead but

I was reading the latest issue of Sport Compact Car on this article called "Getting Burned'

and theres a picture of Project Z being towed out of what looks like a residential neighborhood and the words VRT meet my eyes. Well turns out they were conned by Mike Alvarez and found out shortly after finding pictures of their car surfacing on the internet (ofcoarse I thought of this thread right away)

Whats funny is, looking back at the pictures you can see their car!!

you can see the words Sport Compact Car vinyled on the windsheild. Turns out this shop was supposed to rig up their JWT twin turbo kit and a long block (both of which were put on other customers cars)

just thought someone might be interested

Yeah someone had put the pics up before and another person actually wrote Sport Compact a letter letting them know that their car was sitting out in the elements with out a hood on it.
