The TN turbo will probably max out around 500, I say get the Greddy's from the get go so you can hit 600's later on down the road. I mean comming from that evo I don't think you'll be happy with a 375-400 g35 since the g will "feel" alot slower.
Otherwise Jeremy's (www.performancefactory.com) the man to go to if you're in FL, most other shops just throw you a bunch of bs for sales...

For that price range...I would go with GReddy, or spend a little more and get the JWT. 400rwhp will be easy. My first choice of shops is Forged Performance...but Performance Factory also gets 2 thumbs up. All the top shops hourly rates are pretty close. You need to call them and tell them what your plans are and that you are price shopping. The job you want to have done is easy for them....so they wont fight with you over price. My only advise to you is...Dont do it yourself!!!! Dood Luck

Besides, since EVO's make their hp by reving pretty high, a 500whp setup probably has a brief stint of 380-410 tq between 5500-6500 rpms then drops to around 350 tq at redline
see attached image for a 490 awhp EVO example
a vortech with 3.12 pulley would have around 330 tq at 5000 rpms, but look at 3000 rpms where you'd have about 260tq vs the EVO's 120 tq. There'd be massive amounts more tq under the curve below 5500 rpms while the EVO having at most 70-80 more tq above 5500 rpms

You obviously dont know much about evos so please refrain from posting dyno graphs and other useless information...
SO anyways can anyone answer my question about what to do for exhaust?

I guess google failed me then
I went out and looked for high whp EVO's and saw this one was in the ballpark of what you said you had
sorry
found the graph here:
http://www.teamzrp.com/zrpframeMain.htm
http://www.teamzrp.com/jerryp/dyno540.jpg
so you were reving to around 8000 rpms in the EVO to get 500whp with 325 tq?
pretty cool
either way, so you had 375 tq max which was the main point I was making - that it's not like you were making 500 tq or anything and the EVO relies on revs to make high power. So I didn't think the vortech seemed like such a horrible option for you especially given its track record for engine reliability which seems to be high on your list as well, but I understand that you might prefer turbos

Sentry65...I know what you are trying to say. I am not knowledgeable enough on the subject of EVO's to agree or disagree. I have driven a 450 hp EVO before and I have also driven a G35 with around the same HP....I did not feel any power dropoff on the G...but I could feel that the EVO was running out of breath in the upper RPM range. Could also be that the EVO I drove had problems......lol

The point I was making had nothing to do with the turbo I am running now..I said when I was running a STOCK TURBO which is a 16g..
I currently run a gt30r and have well over 400 torque throughout the entire power-band where it slowly drops off to 400ish at redline...

ok well you're just telling me two different things and making this confusing. You're said when you had the 16g turbo you made 325 tq at redline and NOW you're talking about the gt30r making 400tq at redline
I don't understand at all why you even mentioned anything about your 16g setup when I already knew you were not using that to make 500 awhp.
So do you still make 375 tq at 3500 rpms with the gt30r or does the big tq come on later in the powerband? Probably about a 500 rpm delay compared to the 16g right?

now lets get back to exhaust options for my G when I boost it

Here is something right up your price range.
http://my350z.com/forum/showthread.php?t=294038
Also I have a APS TT kit and I'm running a HKS True dual exhause which mounts right up.
Most exhaust for the G35 mount right up unless you going with a ST system
