Mine does not rub at all... My GTM pulley is actually closer to my SC pulley than on your set up so I have a bit more room in that area. It took me about 30 mins to find the optimum place to put that pulley to where I would not get any rubbing... those bolts on the TC cover create a hassle as well.

I found them, but I am hoping they work with other gauge pods. I am not sure you can buy defi gauge pods by themselves. I am getting Innovative and other 52mm gauges.
