Injected Performance: Wongy’s 626whp daily driven G35c build

We had the privilege of upgrading “Wongy”’s show-quality daily-driven G35 coupe. With the exterior and interior modifications complete, Mike had a hunger for more power. We picked up the car with an APS single turbo and transformed it into a stroked, twin-turbo, pump gas monster. The end result was an impressive 626whp DD on pump gas. Specs, pictures, and dyno below.

BC 4.15L Stroker Kit (CP Pistons, BC Rods)
Injected Performance Billet Main Girdle
Injected Performance Stage3 Head (+1mm valves)
BC Stage 2 Cams (264)
L19 Head Studs
Injected Performance 1200cc Fuel System with APS twin pump hanger

Haltech Platinum PnP Standalone fuel, ignition, cam timing, and boost controller

SFR Twin 60-1 Turbo Kit with upgraded headers (Burns Stainless collectors)
Twin Tial Blow Off Valves
Twin Tial 38mm Wastegates
Greddy EVO TT Exhaust

ATS Triple Disc Clutch
Carbonetics LSD
DSS Level 5 Axles
Tein Flex Suspension
Koyo Radiator

Other notable modifications performed prior to Injected Performance upgrades:
Kenstyle rear and side skirts (molded, and shaved door handles)
Top Secret front bumper
Custom blend white with a gold pearl
Fabricated custom carbon fiber roof
19” Volk GT-V Wheels
White suede interior accents
DEFI Gauges, AEM Wideband
Custom clean stereo install

Thanks Mike for choosing us to complete your monster build. We hope to see you back in a couple months for high boost pulls on race gas.

Nice work! Very impressive!

It looks like you have built a custom MAF tube and made you own intake system. It looks larger than normal, but it appears that you have a stock upper plenum. Are the upper plenum and throttle body bored out to accommodate all the air from the larger MAF system?

Yes, it has 3" piping from the intercooler to the throttle body. They were not bored out, but hopefully Cosworth will have a nice after market solution for us soon!

It really is a beautiful car - though it is scary to work on for fear of scratching something. As soon as we picked up the car, we taped it up and were especially careful with it so we could deliver it back in the same condition we received it.

GTT: it is up to the owner to disclose the cost if he wishes
