I don't understand why they would try to stay alive. They are going to get next to no business, everyone hates them. So why try?

 

Sounds like the aforementioned "investor" is trying to keep the business alive so she can get some of her money back. Good luck to her. In a situation like that, you cut your losses. It's like buying O.J. Simpson sports memorabilia. Why!????

 

If that is the case, she needs to change the name. Keeping that name is like asking OJ to watch over your house while you are out of town. $hit is going to be gone when you get back...
