Catch can question with PIC

So I got this new catch can and I'm wondering where the heck does this bottom tube route to? The top two I've got...but the bottom one would leak out oil if I routed it somewhere.

Ideas?

It looks like a way to drain the can when it gets full. You should cap it off until you see oil in the tube. When you see oil, just take the cap off and drain it without having to remove the top of the catch can.

+3

Just cap it until drain time. It's a greddy style one that is easier to drain.

+4 just cap it...also check the sight tube to make sure it's long enough for the fittings, I had mine blow off the other day. There wasn't enough material for the fitting to grab a hold of.
