Quote: That don't mean anything. The TT car could be only pushing 4.5psi or yet not tuned. It could also be the TT was on Street tires and was just spinning all day with bad tires. I agree that the Stillen has the Legit CARB alibi but Vortech also has a CARB sticker. Dont tell me that your Stage 4 is street legal Still is just way to much money if you aad the Hood, JMHO!!!

By the way Stillen Stage 2 SC has blown engine already so it is just as risky as the other kits out there.
You are 100% correct and to be honest I have no idea how much boost the TT car was running. I know that the G Sedan with our Stage 4 was on street tires and couldn't hook up through first and second but I don't know very much about the TT car.

You are also correct that our Stage 4 is not CARB legal. I wasn't aware that Vortech had CARB approval for their kit. My mistake.

By the way, do you know the Trap speed and the time of the Stillen Stage 4? I'm curious if the Cosworth heads did help.

My mistake...I didn't mean to take away from Vortech. Thank you for correcting me.

FI'ed G-

That G Sedan ran a 12.7 1/4 mile. I'm not sure of trap speed yet but I remembered his time. He was on street tires and couldn't hook up in first or second gear so I'm sure that time will improve once he get some proper tires.

So i got the Stage 3 SC installed and running, absoloutly love it....however when I hit high RPMS, i get a faint smell in the cabin of the car, any ideas what it might be.

Kyle, what does it take to go to Stage 4 on the Stillen Sc?

I'm glad you're happy with our supercharger kit. Second...I don't know what that smell could be, I've never heard of that happening before. I'll send you a PM in a second and see if we can't figure it out.

Stage 4 consists of a remapped black box, higher boost pulley, larger injector and a high capacity fuel pump. Do you have headers or race pipes on the car currently?

I thought you only add a 7th injector?

The stage 4 has a different fmu then the other stages and also a larger fuel pump and different pulley.

An upgrade to a stage4 has a lot more parts involve compared to a stage 3 upgrade. So Stage4 has bigger injectors? what size?
