Exclamation Idle Issue Please HELP

OK guys as you know i recently just put my newly built engine in my car. The first time it started up and ran great. So I was like ok it runs so I turned it off and went on to some other things. Over the next couple of days I am having a problem with idle. When you initial start the car COLD it will idle very well. As a couple mins go by the car will slowy start to slow down and the idle will get rougher. Then until finally the engine dies. After the engine dies it is very hard or will not start up again. Now i know it is suppose to be a rough idle considering I have S1 Cams. I am so running RC 650cc injectors. And I am running a UTEC with a 12 pound tune. I don't mind the rough idle I mind the car stalling. And yes I have tried running it with the AC but no luck. Is there anything I can do that anyone knows. I know i probally need an idle bump but also what about the car not wanting to start up again.

I am good with building engine but still relatively new to the tuning world atleast with electronic fuel injection.

Any help at all would be appreciated. I know the engine runs (which is very good) I just need help fine tuning it!

I do not know the UTEC, but in the E-Manage there are settings specifically to help prevent stalling while at idle (anti engine stall setting). It is related to engine temperature as well. There is also and "Idle Adjustment Setting". Does the UTEC have those settings also?

Was your Injector scaled right? Try to log your idle and try to tune your "0" column.

As far as I know the UTEC does not have an idle adjusment setting.

I tried tuning the 0% collum but then when I got it to where it would run kind of steady my AFR was WAYYYY off.

raise the idle with a cipher also, RC injectors are known for being horrible with hot starts. get some deatschwerks and it will solve your issues.

i have had issues with RCs not idling well too.

OK i will work on getting new injectors.

Now I am at a loss. I started up the car like normal with no problems at all starting. Then I went to shut it off b/c I noticed the power steering fluid was low. So I shut it off and went to try to start it again and nothing at all. It says there was code P0340, P0345. These are camshaft sensor codes. P0340 is for bank 1 and the other for bank 2. Does anybody have any idea why these would quit on me all of a sudden. I did nothing besides add fluid I did not touch a thing other then the key lol.

Get your cam sensor codes worked out and you probably will find out that your idle problem will not be as bad at all .
