i will be joining the FI crowd soon...just got my stillen stage 2 from forum member mokc (thanks for all the help!) and my stillen cf hood from forum member tonysg (once again, thanks!). i will be starting the install on saturday...ill be doing this myself so just wanted everyone to wish me luck, and if anyone has any pointers or tips, post away! and please no "you should have gone _______(insert other FI type here)." i picked stillen for a reason. thanks in advance!

 

dude you shoulda went with tt and a built engine its only like 17Gs. thats like pocket change hahahaha j/k man hope all goes well for you im glad to see another FI g out there. where are you getting it tuned at? do you have a utec?

 

no tuning for me. just gonna use the ss box. i dont need huge power, and im sure the out of the box stillen is adequate

im about 5 hrs south...live in mcallen, tx. ive been wanting to check it out..ill be hopefully going to law school at U of H so ill def stop by when im up there.

 

I'm not the biggest fan of the Stillen, but it's FI and FI=Happiness.

Oh, I LOVE the way the Stillen sounds. It's quieter and louder than my Vortech. After the install, you'll see what I mean.

And GL with Law School. If you need some Lsat stuff, I should have a few things boxed up somewhere in the garage.

i actually got a really good deal on it from forum member mokc...so i didnt spend that much. actually its costing me less that all the other stupid mods i did in the beginning.

Dude, you should have gotten a Vortech Supercharger. The Stillen kit has a horrible whining sound. Search for it on youtube...

 

The Stillen sounds badass but for the power it puts out, its not worth the money IMO. Good luck tho!
