View Poll Results: FORCED INDUCTION ONLY---- avg mpg

FI responces only
what has been your avg MPG with your FI setup?
VOTE ABOVE AND WILL SEE HTE AVERAGES
(Gallons at fill up) / (miles driven in that period) = MPG
just give the vote based on your AVG. driving conditions (NOT your worst or best) even if you drive like a bat out of hell all of the time. This will give everyone a since of what their average would be if they go FI. Everyone knows that you gun it more once you FI so that will be part of the avg when we are finished.

Well i cant really tell you cause when im on the highway i get about 360 out of a tank. When im doing city driving i can get as low as 240 to the tank.If im getting on it a lot it sucks but that is what happens when you go fi.
I average 14mpg with the way I drive half city and half highway driving.
That's my actual miles divided by actual gallons going in the car.
if I'm going for good gas mileage, I think it's somewhere around 13-14 city, and 22 highway, so I could probably average 18mpg if I tried
bear in mind I have a 3.9 FD and 1250 rpm idle with a vortech

mine is around 15MPG.
Actual calculation miles div by gallons put in.
I shift around 3k-4k and i do a mix of city and highway driving.
Highway driving is mostly rush hour so that shouldn't matter
as far as highway mileage.
I do occasionally redline once a day in 3rd/4th gear just to clean the pipes you know.

prolly 16-17mpg...
but on the a highway trip last month I topped off, drove 250 miles & topped off again & caculated based on miles & exact gas in tank, I averaged 21mpg..
not to bad

I average around 21mpg. That's highway, local, and city driving combined. I don't really drive hard though...I usually drive normal and rarely go over like 3800rpms. But I never go a full tank without a few occasionally hard accelerations.
I'm running a normal Vortech setup on my 06 5AT coupe.
