Unhappy HELP!! Procharger Belts slipping!

Hey guys any input would be great. Im running a 14psi pulley on the ATI and we dynoed today and snapped 2 belts. My surp belt is slipping too. Cant make more than 11psi.

Does anyone have a solution... other than tightening the belts.

get a hold of JayZ over at MY350.com . He got rid of his but has gotten the ATI SC he had up to 15psi . He had the same problems to . All the SCer's have the same problem . Boost gets to a certain point and the serp belt slips and for you ATI guys , cogs belts snap and tear up because the bracket flexes .

Just like rear tires spinning with too much torque being transmitted the answer is the same wide belts [tires] softer higher friction belts [tires].

At these PSI I'll bet the supercharger is requiring 22+ HP as parasitic drag.
Belts [width] were selected for stock psi.

Any update on this subject? I've searched everywhere and can't seem to find an answer to broken belts. I've heard of more durable belts out there for the procharger but don't know where to get them and how much they cost. Any help would be greatly appreciated

AAM is the only one with a brace.... No belt solution either.. I have tried 2 types of belts.. No matter how strong they are.. I say try the AAM brace first.. I had it, but never really fixed the other pulley which froze and broke my serpentine belt which was the last straw.. I then got rid of my Procharger for TT........

Yea, I ran 16-17psi, broke about 20+ belts at 90bucks a pop= lots of $$$.... Im telling you there is not a full proof solution... Tell that guy with 15psi to do a dyno pull, i bet his belts will shred.. If not pls show me a vid and prove me wrong.. . I had the AAM brace for a little while but still broke belts. Im sorry after 2 yrs, and spending about 6k in additions for the procharger to make power I gave in and went TT, should have done it sooner!

Ok at least a WOT vid and then have him open the hood afterward to show the belt didnt shred... I wasnt trying to he say she say but I am saying after playing with the procharger 2+yrs that thing drove me crazy with breaking belts...... Dont wanna lead anyone to think that procharger is going to get them high hp#s or think there is a solution, I have yet to see one Sir.. I would like to see the GTM brace too..

I played with alignment, ran it beneath the tensioner pulley.. Bought 2 of those, 2 of each pulley, replaced every pulley at least once, pulled the procharger for rebuild 2x, ran a super huge K&N filter, bought 20 sets of gates belts, 10 sets of Jason's belts, procharger intake clamp ran a hole in my radiator, changed oil every 2k miles, ran spacers behind tensioner pulley, installed AAM brace, still broke belts/serpentine belt, got pissed, bought TT.
