non-revup compared to revup engines going FI

Dose it really make a difference between the 03-04 VQ35 and the 05 and up VQ35 power wise when going FI.. If both had the same exact tune done? I know the 05 and up revup have more aggressive cams, but do they both see the same power band when in boost?

not much but AT and 6MT there is definitely a difference. Revup may give a little better number but not that much. I hit 392TQ/373whp at around 8psi with my Revup and other STS non-revup 6mt's are around 360whp-370whp with the same boost. Like I said, the difference is minimal, but my boost also drop after 5700rpm to only 7psi so who knows...

Here look at my dyno you can see my power drop at 6000rpm, I wish I can make more power all the way to redline. Also my A/F dip to the 10's at 6000rpm. I also have Water/Meth kit so not sure if that added power but I didn't touch my Timing Map and didn't lean out my A/F so the meth shouldn't have done anything drastic. I know to many variable so comparisson should not be made...lol

Your A/F dip to 10 at 6000 explains your loss of power.

/\ lol there are to many variables.. 1. I Have a 4.3psi wastegate spring so at 8-9 psi I'm already maxing it limits 2. If you look at the MREV+ dyno, the power is shifted to the midrange and sacrifice top end power on Revup 3. Utec BCS is not really as good as an EBC... there are more I can think off but they are minor... Other STS who uses an EBC all hold boost until redline.
