TT Kits for Z v. G35

Does anyone know what are the differences are between TT kits for the G vs the Z. For example, I read numerous descriptions of the Greddy kit for the Z and the G and I can't figure out the differences are. Anyone have any insight?

I've been told that there are several differences.

1. The bracketing is different for the intercooler
2. the e-manage computer is tuned for each car and should not be interchanged.
3. Something about the downpipe is different as well but I can't remember.

There are probably other differences but I don't know offhand what they are.

Actually the downpipes (manifolds) are the same. The other difference is the front tubing to the intercooler.
