you mean they are making you your own turbo kit with the same size turbo right? This wont include the pretuned utec, etc. Also you need to include installation and everything else to go with it....

The old adage "you get what you pay for" comes to mind. Keep in mind that you'll be getting a 1-off kit, while these have gone through extensive r&d. Also, $5500.00 + 8.25% sales tax = $5935.75. Hope the $1000.00 that you save is worth having a 1-off kit...

ya well im the type of person that likes to do most of their own work on their car...not just drop it off at a shop with a blank check.plus it'll make it easier to diagnose any problems i may have down the road.but ya i am gonna def swing by sometime soon and talk to them.

^^Hello,

Our G35 is officially the quickest, and fastest G35 coupe 6mt VQ35de in the world I will be posting the video sometime today. It's also has the best 60ft of any 6mt VQ35de on the planet at 1.58 (I hope these are correct stats, as I reference the 1/4mile thread on my350z for these numbers). So, now the G is the worlds highest hp vq35de, stock sleeves, stock crank -- is the only VeilSide Fortune Wide Body in the U.S., drifts on 22" wheels, and holds the world record for 1/4mile e.t., mph, and 60ft.

All show, all go, that's the moto

Yeah, local is always a plus when it comes to support. We're taking the car back out to Firebird on Friday night for more runs, if you want to watch Mid-10's are in the works..

Wow, no sales tax? Hope the IRS isn't reading. Meh, good luck w/ everything. BTW, we could have done the PowerLab GT35r kit for 8400.00 installed. It would have been a legitimate sale as well, because we would have shipped you the kit out of state, and then you would have brought it back to us when you dropped off your car. I'm sure you're in good hands w/ JoJo though.

D

Edit: So, they're going to build you a custom, 1-off single turbo with Garrett GT35r, Tial wastegate, Tial Bov, Utec, 4" fmic, walbro 255, 600cc injectors, 3" downpipe all in less than 1 month? Not saying it can't be done, but wow, they're really undervaluing their time to get your business. JoJo hurting?
