Are you talking about your own personal experience or from what you've been told.
Seriously if you get the right setup then you will NOT have those issues. get a powerful gpm pump, a bigger fuel cell holder (more water equals longer time for the water temp to riseplus you can add ICE) and a big heat exchanger up front and you should be good. You just gotta know what to be looking for.
Also less piping bends equals less boost lag and better throttle response. From the way our engiine bays are you could get two barrel water to air intercooler with a twin turbo setup. Now single would you would have to be more creative.
