HKS Rotex S/C broke, HELP!

The Idler Pulley Assembly for my HKS Rotex S/C broke.
It turns out the the center Cap Bolt broke in half & half of the bolt
is stuck inside.

Called HKS USA & was told that they discontinued the Rotrex Model & I need
to call Rotrex for it.
Told them that I found their Pulley Recal:
http://www.allworldauto.com/recalls/...all_57849.html
The answer:
The recall is for replacing the center bolt only. Still insist Idler Pulley Assembly is from Rotrex. (Even thought The Recall link states HKS will replace Idler Pulley Assembly)

A bunched of calls to Rotrex & Rotrex dealer later, was told by 2 Rotrex dealers that only the S/C head for the HKS S/C was from Rotrex.
HKS had to supply the SC bracket & the Idler Pulley Assembly (Which is attached to the bracket by 3 screws.

It appears Rotrex USA is not being honest with me.

1. Are there any HKS pro dealer here can order this part for me?
2. Maybe someone can help to get this from HKS Japan?
3. Could the New HKS GT use the same Idler Pulley Assembly?
Can some one post a picture of the HKS GT S/C Idler Pulley Assy?

On the part, there is bearing that says; Japan NTN 6304LU.

So this is for the first gen system? That sucks dude. Hopefully the new GT kit doesn't have problems like the past one.

The ones just in CA. I've done business with Pann Auto and can vouch for them. I haven't done business with any of the other companies, but I'm sure they are great.

A recalled bolt broke and no help from HKS - nice! This is an HKS issue, not a Rotrex issue. I'd be hot on the phone to HKS corporate HQ.

I can't tell from the picture exactly what I'm looking at but if the center piece is a bolt broken off flush with the surface it most likely can be removed. Talk to a machine shop that has EDM(electrical discharge machining) capability.

Hks

Just to make things worse,
I used a Home Depot extraction kit to extract the screw & it broke in site too.

Now I can't even drill through as the extraction screw is much harder steel then the broken bolt.
