3.5L + Headwork, APS Extreme G35

I spent the last 8 months or so putting my car together, me and 2 friends pulled the engine out and tore it apart. i drove my core to Forged to pick up the shortblock then assembled the longblock in my garage and dropped it in. The car ran a 12.3 @113 last year with the vortech on a stock block, I wanted to build a car that could hit 130 ish traps and have the ability to hit 10s on a bias ply tire but still have the a/c, cruise control, and navigation all work.

Here are the specs

APS Extreme TT
Forged Performance S1 Shortblock
Ported and Polished Heads
ARP L19 Headstuds
HKS Headgaskets
Ferrea +1mm Valves, springs, titanium retainers
GTM Turbo Cams
Haltech Platinum
Innovate LC1 Dual Channel Widebands
GTM Spec Exedy Triple Carbon Clutch
CJM Stage 1
HKS 1000CC Injectors
Greddy Evo TT Exhaust
Koyo R Core Radiator
Evans NPG+
Rear Coolant Bypass
assortment of Defi Gauges

Engine Out

Forged S1 Shortblock + L19s

New Heads

Port + Polish

Turbo Kit mock up

GTM Clutch

And here is the low boost tune, conservative timing, 93 octane, 15.4 psi Tuned by Hal @ Injected Performance. I ran out of fuel pump @ 568 Whp so Hal took it down a step to 550 RWHP

Extra special shout out to Sharif and Sandy at Forged for all the PM's and phone calls they had to respond to and for Hal @ injected for putting in some serious hours on my basketcase of a car

Stay tuned for 22 psi + Meth Injection :icon21:

Jesus man, I'm jealous. That's awesome.

Be sure to post up your new times?

BTW - what did you do with your vortech?

Very nice man, props for doing some of the labor! I bet that setup cost you an arm, leg, and left pocket. Enjoy! From what I read, that clutch is pure butter. What do you think about it?

I forgot to ask how you ran out of fuel pump so early? I thought the APS Extreme kit came with a twin pump fuel setup.

i sold the twin pump because I had a CJM stage 1, and the CJM twin pump looks to be of better quality than the APS. It actually ran out towards 568 whp but Hal turned it down. This was also on a Dyno Dynamics.
