Stock wideband AF sensor

Can we tap into the ECM to read the stock wideband AF reading?

For 2004.5 or newer G35/350Z --

Bank 1 A/F sensor
terminal__ECM pin__Idle Voltage
-------------------------------
1________16______3.1V
2________75______2.3V
5________35______2.6V
6________56______2.3V

Bank 2 A/F sensor
terminal__ECM pin__Idle Voltage
-------------------------------
1________76______3.1V
2________77______2.3V
5________57______2.6V
6________58______2.3V

I am seeing about 2.4V on pin 75 at idle, and seems be moving around if I give a little gas. Am I using the correct pin?
