how dare you guys bring common sense in here...

 

I was Performance factory's # 1 Fan and i reped them down here in south florida for a long time until he did me wrong and treated me like crap and not only bashed but attempted to humiliate another shop. JT went behind peoples back and made shrewd and belittling comments about otehr professionals in this industry and we all look away. PF is the next VRT i see them working out of their back yard soon

 

well, that's one kind of customer service

 

OMG i thought PF had the best customer service... i guess i'm glad i didn't take my car over there...

 

i guess we all know what shop not to go to..... PF...

 

What the h*ll, keeps me busy until I get tired enough to go to bed.

 

this thread will prob be locked and deleted b/c it's against a vendor... but untill then i think everything posted in here is legit, and shows how a so called good shop isn't.

 

So then Whats a good shop i can go to thats perfect?

 

If the operators of this forum interfere with the practice of a business, for example by leaving certain threads that portray that company in a bad light, and deleting others that portray another competing company in a bad light, I would think that they could be opening themselves up to a lawsuit under numerous statutes...

 

i don't know anything about statures, but i can not believe the un professionalism that is just reaking from Performance Factory; maybe that factory is manufacturing somthing other than performance. i had to throw in a cheesy line !!!

 

i think JT thought i was gonna sit down and he would never hear about this situation again. Sorry my man i couldn't keep the truth held in for any longer. i am a little upset i broke my nice and pretty pot count of 100. :-( now im gonna have to go for another cool number like 500.

Add SFR to that list, as well as THmotorsports, and HP logic!

Are you saying Peformance factory has bad service?
