In fact i herd that a customer had a problem with his car and the tuner from HP logic Drove out to his home and fixed the issue. i hear good thigns from that shop. i don't think they are very active on this forum but they do good work. i wish i could of at least had a fraction of that kind of customer service with PF, they wouldn't even answer my question over the phone. I actually have more HORROR stories that Pf has screwed not only me but other customers, but i guess that is for another day and another thread.

 

its to unfold the truth about a shop that has hidden the truth of how they treat customers, and how they dismiss the truth.

 

I'm certian i will recieve a repremand for telling the truth in this forum, that in its self may show how courupt the system is; because PF is a vendor and they have paid the site my voice will dismissed and never herd from again.

I didn't start this thread, but it gives me an opportunity to vent about unprofessionalism by some of the tuners/builders in these forums, and especially about Performance Factory taking the opportunity to beat on Japtrix in a compromising moment becase a customer, WHO HAD HIS CAR TUNED 6 MONTHS AGO, who thinks his car runs too rich.

Meanwhile, they semselves have a customer WHO CAN'T EVEN KEEP HIS CAR RUNNING, AND HE JUST PICKED IT UP FROM THEM TWO WEEKS AGO. But if you review that thread, it should become apparent that none of the other tuners/builders have posted any comments similar to what Performance Factory posted in the thread bashing Japtrix. I think their posts are very unprofessional. Just my opinion.

 

GUYS! Leave this **** be! If I see another thread about Japtrix and PF that does absolutely no good, be warned a temp ban may be coming.
