Hey, another ProCharger owner here with UTEC, large injectors, and fuel pump... There is nothing you can really do. This is a common problem, even with other people who have single and twin turbos paired with the UTEC and fuel system work.
The only thing you can do turn the key to "ACC", you should hear the fuel pump run, then turn the key back to off, then do repeat this 3 or 4 times. This will biuld up a little fuel pressure. Then start the car and tap the gas so the RPMs jump up to about 3000. Good to go.
Or just let the car sit longer then 5 or 10 minutes between starts. I don't shut the car off when I gas up or picking someone up, talking to someone in a parking lot for a few min, etc.
