New Haltech / Racepak IQ3 Dash
We just received new dashes in stock, the product of a Haltech / Racepak joint venture. These new Haltech-specific IQ3 dashes are a quick plug and play install with no wiring required. Out of the box they receive the Haltech channels such as RPM, MAP, AIT, Coolant temp etc. You can add up to 32 input channels. There are two options, a logging and GPS-enabled dash as well as a display-only dash. The Haltech Racepak Dash includes the Haltech CAN communication module at the regular Racepak retail price, a $375 value.

That's hot! Got any pictures of one in a car yet? I'll bet a certain green Z would like one...
What's the advantage of logging through this dash as opposed to logging through the Haltech? Looks like the dash can log 32 channels while the haltech can only log 10... that's an advantage... 512mb SD card... so you could just pop the card out and read it into your computer... no need to hook a laptop up to the Haltech... OK, that's an advantage...
Can you use SD cards larger than 512mb and log more?

JB, will accept memory cards up to 2gb, though I'm not sure why you would ever need this? No pics of it installed in vehicles yet, but yes we will be.

Ya I guess with unlimited dyno time using load based, you can replicate alot of road conditions.

We datalog on the dyno. Never had the need to datalog on the track, as everything just always ran perfectly, from an engine standpoint. Believe me, if you saw the interior of my race car, you would laugh. We put it together so quickly, it doesnt even have a boost gauge on it. So now you can see why I am so excited about this dash.
