Hey all, just got a g35 coupe and cant stay in stock form already. My friends say im mentally insane, but oh well. Anyway I was wondering about the available twin turbo kits out there. The only one i know about is the greddy system. If you could give me some links that would be great.

Re: twin turbo kits
Hey

Congratas on the decision to go FI, but i'll tell you the car is never fast enough ...

Here are your options as best I know then (all will fit the coupe):

1) Power Enterprise TT kit (~$8.5K installed)
2) Greddy TT kit (about $8-8.5 installed, much more labor involved than PE)
3) APS TT Kit (close to being released - looks VERY nice)
3) Jim Wolf TT (soon to be released)
4) other custom setups (like SSR, etc.)

Also, I did have a conversation with Tim. He is a very nice guy... I won't tell you all that we talked about, but I would PERSONALLY not get this kit (and not only b/c of th eprice) BTW, if you want the ball-bearing turbos (Turbonetics super60's instead of hte T3's) the kit now stands at $9700 (non-negotiable accorind to Tim). WOW

Re: twin turbo kits
Yes, I like the APS kit, seems to be pretty solid. Their plenum seems to be of a slick design also, can't wait to see a real unit.

Re: twin turbo kits
yea the aps kit looks great on the 350z i think i might hold off until they release theirs. does anyone know how much the aps kit for the 350 z is goin for? theres one thing im concerned about tho is the air intake. it might be put behind the bumper but if the setup is the same for the g with the centered fmic the air intakes would be to the sides at the openings. Also if i had the kit I'd prolly get a greddy or top secret front bumper and they have openings on the side. Wouldn't the air intakes be exposed to the air and in turn rain then? I'll ask this on my 350z. com

Re: twin turbo kits
FYI
I'm going to be bringing the APS kits over.. We are also going to be doing an install on a demo car and possibly making the kit to adapt it to the G35..

Biggest issues that I'm aware of at the moment are the piping and the Facia(Bumper)

Anyway if anyone is interested in more info pm me or call me.

Kyle

Re: twin turbo kits
The APS kit will not take much to retro the Z kit into a G35. Some minor FMIC and intake plumbing mods. APS expects availability in the March time frame. If you can't wait that long a good shop can adapt the Z plumbing, but it will cost extra labor.
